The New Theatre seeks a Finance Administrator to take responsibility for the entire financial operation of the theatre.
The Finance Administrator reports to the Artistic Director and liaises with other staff, and will be responsible for:
- Bookkeeping, using TAS Books
- Payments
- Debtors
- Petty Cash
- Financial settlements with incoming companies
- Cash flow
- Budgets, in collaboration with the Artistic Director
- Regular management accounts and other financial reports
- Grant applications, in collaboration with the Artistic Director
- Prior to annual audit, to bring accounts to final trial balance stage, having posted all end-of-year journal adjustments
