Well done to all involved in Killing Grandad, which enjoyed sold out nights in the first week before Covid-19 began to dawn on us all.
The show was a satirical comedy that almost became ironic, as the run finished just in time to close the doors for the health and safety of Grandparents everywhere.
“A highly enjoyable encounter of the mini-epic kind”
“Kevin McMahon’s Lugh is a sunny golden boy and Michael Judd is a twinkling crafty negotiator.”
“Gerard Lee directs with a clear eye, emphasising that the play is primarily a homage to storytelling.”
“Rowena Cunningham‘s costume ..deftly evoke traditional Celtic imagery”
– Katy Hayes, Irish Independent.
