Welcome to another year at The New Theatre! We have had a busy start to our 2023 with multiple development workshops, a rehearsed reading and announcements for some of our Spring programme.

It was a pleasure to host the team from The Corps Ensemble. Pictured are Deborah Wiseman, Jed Murray, Mary Murphy, Andy Crook and Edwin Mullane, as they developed their latest script.

Colette Cullen and Iseult Golden joined us as they prepare for their production of When Rachel Met Fiona later this year. Learn more about the show and book your tickets here! Running from March 23rd.

This week we also welcomed Jack Harte to the theatre for his rehearsed reading of Bonds, pictured above with the team: Barry John Kinsella, Siobhán Callaghan, Maeve Fitzgearld, Graeme Coughlan and director Andy Crook.

We also announced productions from LemonSoap Productions and Just Friends Theatre Collective. Piglet by Ultan Pringle will be premiering from April 18th and OCD Me by Aisling Smith will open on May 30th after a hugely successful run at Edinburgh Fringe.

We can’t wait to welcome you back to the theatre this year!
