We are delighted to have our doors open again for 2025, with our New Writing Week underway and our recent announcement of the return of Becoming Maggie by Donagh Humphreys!
This week we have had the pleasure of welcoming writers Thomas O’Donoghue, Colette Cullen, Jack Harte, Linda Teehan and Colm Maher and their teams of actors, directors and designers to present readings of their new works. We would like to take a moment to thank our wonderful audiences who have given the teams valuable feedback to work towards producing full length plays with these brilliant scripts.

This week also announced the return of one of our hottest selling shows of 2024, Becoming Maggie! An ambitious life coach by day and a budding theatre director by night, Brendan, is casting for his latest show. He is dead set on Gen to play the eponymous role in a production of the famous John B. Keane play Big Maggie. It’s a role she doesn’t want. Not just because she’s too young to play Big Maggie, but also because the director is her husband.

On February 12th, we are looking forward to present Gazing at Gaza by Gerard Humphreys, with Barbara Dempsey, Amy O’Dwyer and Darragh Humphreys. Tickets are selling fast, so early booking is advised to avoid disappointment.
We are thrilled to be back open after the winter break and have the building full of new work and creativity as we enter 2025. Learn more about all of our upcoming shows on our What’s On page, and we hope to see you soon!
