“You can’t say me ma is racist; she is fucking fucking you. And I let you touch me …” Farah Swaleh Noor was nobody until his headless and butchered body parts were discovered in the Dublin’s Royal Canal, where they had been dumped by the so-called Irish Scissor Sisters. This show gives the stage to the murdered Kenyan immigrant’s missing head and reunites it with his other body parts to tell the tale of how a night of drinks, drugs and sex led to his brutal murder and eventual dismemberment. It is not a true account of what happened, but a tragic-comic re-imagining of what might have been. WARNING: Not suitable for children and vegetarians. Contains scenes of a sexual nature, sort of. Written and Directed by Bisi Adigun.
“Bisi Adigun returns to the festival exploring a story that shocked Ireland from a unique, African, perspective”. Róise Goan, Director, ABSOLUT Fringe
