The Cult Film Club continues with our second season – SCI – FI: OPPRESSIVE AUTHORITY, or as we’re calling it ‘OBEY OR…’
‘OBEY OR…STARVE’
On Aug 14th we’re screening a 1973 classic sci fi set in a dystopian New York of 2022, where over population and greenhouse gases have resulted in a dependency on one particular food source, and one particular food company is providing it.

ABOUT THE CLUB
Launched in January 2016 The New Theatre Cult Film Club is an underground screening event held on selected Sundays which aims to celebrate cult classics, little known gems, quirky crowdpleasers and international films that need an Irish audience.
You can sign up for day membership for only 4euro per person and entry includes free tea/coffee & cake
