Tell lives in isolation under the protection of his brother Turlough outside a small town in rural Ireland. Turlough returns each day with tales from the town. Tell has a new jacket and is gearing himself up to overcome his fears and go out for the first time in twenty years. Tell believes ‘today’s the day’.
