A Season of Arrival is a mystery crime drama that follows the story of a commune in wicklow whose members were believed to have killed themselves in 1976.
The story is told through the perspective of a young pregnant woman involved in the commune and a detective investigating the crime.
The story uses elements of crime, folklore and counter-culture in order to create an atmosphere of mystery and imagined possibilities.

Ella Skolimowski is an Irish-Polish writer originally from London. She has lived in Dublin since 2018. After a career in history writing, Ella is pursuing her love of theatre and playwriting. She writes about contemporary social issues, especially themes relevant to the Irish diaspora and the lived experiences of women. She also enjoys broadening her knowledge of whiskey, taking long coastal walks and spending time with her mischievous little dog. DRIVING ME CRAZY is her first play.
