What’s here, in this place? Sunk into the ground with the roots of the rhododendrons, baked into the crusts of the bread, shining on the surface of the water?
Grace knows. Mama knows.
Callie will know soon enough.

About The Company
The Corps Ensemble is a groundbreaking young Irish theatre collective, founded in 2015 by a small group of actors and theatre practitioners who wanted to push their artistic limits and create a tightly knit, uninhibited and impassioned ensemble to present vital and exhilarating work for the stage.

We believe that theatre should be about taking risks, aesthetically and physically, about breaking down the barriers between audience and performer, and above all, communicating ideas and feelings led by great performances, great stories and great playwrights.

Our creation process is ensemble driven. We base our sensitivities in play, style and the language of theatre – all anchored to the poetic search for truth. The company’s mission is to explore new theatrical possibilities and push the form beyond its boundaries. We aim to create uniquely theatrical worlds, which rely on the imagination of the spectator and form a synergy between performer and audience.
